Pale almost transparent colour with a green hue. Pure and aromatic nose displaying some grassy notes, fresh lime, lemongrass and white fleshed fruit. Light palate with good flavour intensity and grip, fresh and mineral with discreet fruit, some salty sensations and fine length.
