The colour seems developed with a medium intense ruby-red nuance. The nose is quite traditional or old fashioned I should say. There are some meaty and spicy, slightly funky notes. Together with red fruit such as cherry and plum. Palate has medium weight, with a still quite youthful texture. Rather dense and still protruding tannin. Fresh acidity and quite light red fruit such as cherry and plum. There is a slight hint of herbal spiciness with a dash of white pepper and medium long finish. There is less of those gamey-leather notes on the palate than on the nose, but you still feel them a little bit. So a slightly old-fashioned, rustic charm to it.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
