Gallen de Château Meyre – 2018 – Margaux

Inky dark purple core and hue. The wine shows pure aromas with little oak and a rich fruitiness from red berries to darker plum and cassis notes. A nice classic palate with dense fruit in a medium body, pure and elegant with savoury dark fruit, aniseed and sage notes, ripe and grainy tannin, a fresh backbone and a long digest finish.
