Domaine du Clos des Poulettes – 2021 – Bourgogne Cote d’Or

Bright young straw colour. Pure and youthful aromas of chalk, fresh citrus lemongrass and white fleshed fruit. Rather neutral fruit but a fine bite and extract giving lift and some nutty almond notes leading to a long lingering finish. Nicely built.
