Pure nose with fine degree of ripeness and some chalky presence, blending fresh butter, yellow pear, ripe citrus and crushed nuts. The palate is textured with a creamy mid-palate, yet a distinct fresh acidity giving a lift, followed by a long and mouth-watering finish.
