Light golden with a fine, vivid creaminess. there´s some maturity and autolysis on the nose with fresh croissant and butter with pale stone fruit, ripe citrus, hazelnut, and some floral notes. The palate is nicely dry with the dosage feels being on the lower side, a well-integrated acidity, mild creamy mid-palate with discreet fruit flavours, some nutty notes and a long finish
