Bright light golden colour with a vivid young mousse. Pure and distinct nose of chalk, wet stone, hazelnut, fresh citrus, lemongrass and white peach. Bone dry with a nice bite and purity, classy chardonnay flavours with a chalky presence, pale stone fruit flavours with ripe citrus notes, brioche and nougat with a long, lingering and pure finish.
