Champagne François Girard – Blanc de Blancs 2008 – Grand Cru Brut

Bright and pale golden colour with a fine mousse. Discreet and elegant nose displaying chalky notes, hazelnut, fresh peach, ripe citrus and fresh butter. It shows a nice freshness on the palate with low dosage, bright freshness and layers of fresh stone fruit. Good grip and a long lingering finish. Nicely done, still youthful but potent.
