Bright light golden with vivid yong bubbles. Elegant nose, classic style with fine toast and nutiness marrying lighter citrus and chalk with pear and plum notes with a hint of biscuit and nougat. Good bite, a medium bodied and elegantly firm palate with fresh young fruit flavours, creamy texture with balanced bubbles and a long pure finish.
