Bright light golden colour with a fine yet lively mousse. Nice layers offering crushed chalk, lemongrass, ripe citrus and pale stone fruit with autolytic brioche, fresh butter and roasted hazelnut. Discreet yet powerful palate with good nuance and layers mild extract a vivid acidity, dosage on the lower side with vivid stone fruit notes ripe peach and apricot with a mild creamy backbone leading to a long precise and pure finish. Very stylish and elegant.
