Bright light golden colour and small and vivid bubbles. White flower, ripe citrus, hazelnut, stone fruit and some chalky notes. Generous palate with good layers, classic dosage level with a crisp backbone, sweet yellow fruit, some butterscotch and mild spice notes followed by a long finish.
