Zull – Grüner Veltliner Äußere Bergen Reserve 2013 – Weinviertel

Bright light straw colour with a green hue. Youthful appearance. Fine and pure nose. Good purity of fruit. Slight mineral sensation. Really good bite on the palate. The fruit starts out discreetly, more like barely ripe apple and pear. This is a nice stoniness, plenty of citrus and lime, green melon. Good density there with fine extract. Intense and lingering. Still very youthful but I really like it for that freshness and bite. Very good length. Intense and lingering finish. Mineral style that shows, I would say, rather elegant style of Grüner Veltliner.
