Deep golden colour. The nose displays fresh croissant, ripe apricot, cloudberries, honey, floral notes and white truffle. Intense, luscious and viscous palate with an intense sweetness finely balanced by a crisp acidity, flavours of tarte aux abricots with candied citrus and ginger notes leading to a very long and seductive finish.
