Youthful appearance here with a medium straw colour, slight green tinge. Generous nose here. Here we have a slight hint of new oak, but well-integrated. There is a fine toastiness here, with nutty notes. Which is combined with fresh fruit like ripe pear, some lemony notes, some floral notes. Still I would say there is a slight hint of oak, but more of a restrained and mineral style, not really tropical. On the palate it does have a good flavour intensity. It is rather medium weight I would say, still with a vital freshness. Nice and salivating on the palate. The oak is present on the palate as well, but, I would say, well-integrated. It adds that dimension of roasted nuts, slight hint of vanilla. So quite nutty. It has good persistence, good grip. It should have a potential for development. I do not really know this style really well but at least with this concentration it should go on for four or five years if not more. It is quite tempting already, appetizing, salivating with a very good purity of fruit. With a nice level of freshness.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
