So a rosé wine, with a quite pale colour. More in the traditional Provence style, in terms of colour. I think the nose is also quite reminiscent of that stylistically. There is quite discreet nose. Good purity of fruit here, mainly with citrus, some pink grapefruit, green apple. With just a slight addition of some red berry fruit. Good grip on the palate. For a rosé I would call it rather medium-bodied, with some extract that adds some zest and freshness on the palate. Still quite youthful in terms of fruit, with crushed green apple, slight hint of red berry. Very mild spiciness on the finish and medium length. Attractive wine, still very youthful and should best be drunk like this.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
