Pale, straw colour with a green presence. Quite intense nose, combining very fine purity. There is a clearly stony minerality here. Some barely ripe stone fruit, like light, yellow stone fruit, with citrus. Quite floral as well. Very young, but quite inviting. Very good bite. Really juicy and mouth-watering here. Medium weight but good flavour intensity here. Fine extract without bitterness as well. Like some zesty notes of citrus and lime peel. As it expands on the palate it turns into a slightly more tropical, that yellow fruitiness. All the way underline by this very bright and crispy acidity. Still youthful and appearing quite austere. However, in the positive sense I like the austerity, making the mouth water. Doubtlessly it’s a wine with a very long finish, which I think it is on the verge of this being quite slim. Balanced in alcohol, but having length and having substance. So I really like this. Beautiful purity as well. A wine I would happily indulge in it today. It would be a shame not to save it for another three, four or five years, to see what happens to it.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
