Quite pale colour nuance here. Boarding light golden but still with a youthful greenish hue. Fine nose here. Good purity, combining some stony minerality, with just about ripe stone fruit. We have pear, some peach, there is a floral component there. Some zesty notes of like ginger and lemongrass. Very good bite on the palate. Medium-weight but with lots of flavour intensity. Fine extract like lemon and lime zest. Slightly more tropical fruit on the finish, like fresh pineapple. Nicely mouth-watering. Long and lingering finish. Good level of drinkability now, but it will certainly develop for ten years at least.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
