Youthful appearance here, there is a slightly high colour intensity here. Light to medium deep golden, but there is still a very green shine to it. Intense nose. Good purity, not really an aromatic variety, so more on those ripe fruits, not really on the tropical side, more like apple pear with some grapey notes, which is also indicating its youth, so really like fresh grapes. With some gentle peppery notes. Classic style here. Bone-dry with a quite broad mouthfeel actually. I think this is a fine combination here. Rather ripe fruit. Good length. It has a long finish. All along it opens up a bit more and on the finish, the fruit is more towards the yellow ripe fruit. It starts out, with a really nice fresh attack. Really bright acidity. Crisp. No presence of oak really. There are some nuttiness and spiciness. So in the beginning it starts out a bit austere, but the finish is really nice long and lingering. Doubtlessly a very young wine, which is still marked by that youthful acidity. A wine I would prefer to drink two to four years from now. Then from then on it should keep much longer as well if you want to.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
