Youthful and bright colour, with medium-deep straw nuance. The nose is pure, more on the mineral side. With fresh lemon, lime, lemon grass, more of those zesty citrus like flavours, barely ripe green apple and pear. Palate has medium weight. Still quite youthful and unrestrained. Not a lot of fruitiness, more on the mineral, zesty side. Good salivating acidity. Medium towards long finish. A wine that perhaps need some more time to open up.
