Medium towards, deep golden colour. The nose is still youthful. It indicates obviously a high level of sweetness, with the golden tropical fruit, honey, saffron, apricot and yellow plum. At the same time it has a certain youthful freshness to it. There are some hints of lemon and grapefruit. Palate has medium weight, still with a very balanced freshness. I like that youthful zest that underlines that quite anxious and sweet fruit. Good extract there, with lemon zest and grapefruit. The sweetness is high but this doesn’t appear clawing or heavy in anyway. Good definition, good purity, Long and fresh finish. Quite moderate amounts of alcohol. I wold say this is more of the traditional style without any oak ageing. Just an emphasis on this very lushes fruit. Obviously a wine that will age forever. I find it quite drinkable already now. Which is not always the case with these really intense, sweet wines.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
