Villa Baulieu – 2014 – Coteaux d’Aix en Provence

Bright young straw colour with a green hue. Youthful and aromatic nose displaying ripe citrus, fresh pineapple and some herbal/garrigue notes. The palate is bone dry and mouth watering, medium to full bodied with youthful fruit, nicely layered with good extract and bite, very persistent palate, precise and fresh with southerly fruit and spiciness and a northern freshness. Really good.
