Intense dark inky core. Intense nose with high ripeness, some smoky and roasted notes like coffee bean, graphite, dark berries and black pepper. The palate is dense and packed with dark fruit, still a tannic presence but no hard edges, ripe and bold with cassis, dark cherry and aromatic herbs, good grip and length. Still deserving some ageing to soften but nice material indeed.
