Tosti – Dolce NV – Moscato d’Asti

Sparkling wine with a quite foamy, quite frothy mousse. Very pale colour, slight green nuance. Fresh nose. Clean, straight forward with primary fruit. Hints of tootie fruity, melon, some grapey notes. Palate is on the lighter side with a certain sweetness. Obviously very grapey. Very straight forward, with that soft texture. Very creamy with a certain sweetness. A straight-forward and pleasurable style in the direction of Moscato. Balanced and pleasurable for this, what I would call, straight forward style.
