Medium deep ruby red colour with a purple hue. Youthful nose, still young and unresolved but pure with moderate ripeness, red berry notes, ginger, apricot and a light touch of wood. Good grip on the palate, nicely textured with a core of fine silky tannin adding lift and bite, a fresh acidity and elegant fruit, good persistency and length with nice layers. Still needing some time to develop aromatic complexity but a promising example indeed.
