Tenuta Marino – Terra Aspra 2010 – Basilicata Rosso

Medium deep ruby red colour with a mature rusty rim. Intense nose with maturity and some complexity, balsamic notes with wild herbs, mint, red cherry and tobacco. The palate is dense, still a youthful texture with high tannin, yet complex and layered in a traditional style, nice spiciness, persistency and grip.
