Sokos – Savvatiano 2015 – PGI Central Greece

Medium deep straw colour, fairly young with a presence of CO2. Good brightness. Fine nose here, good purity. Lots of primary fruit, no indication of oak. It is not really a tropical style but the fruit appears a bit sweet like sweet pear, sweet plum. Nice and juicy palate here. Fresh and unoaked style with medium weight. Youthful fruit like again that pear, that yellow plum. Good freshness on the finish. Clean, fresh and honestly made in a lighter style for early drinking.
