Quite pale colour here, light straw with a green hue. Medium intense nose with a slight presence of wood, some vanilla wood. Not really an aromatic variety. It leans more towards the direction of some fresh butter, nuts, slight hint of yellow fruit and ripe citrus. Palate is classically dry, with a youthful, high acidity. There is a slightly phenolic presence there, gentle hint of bitterness. Some notes of vanilla and wood on the palate. So a quite light body with a medium towards long finish. Still youthful and restrained. I think it should really open up nicely in the coming one to two years.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
