There is a light golden colour, still youthful with a green hue. Good purity on the nose, combining a stony mineral sensation with ripe tropical fruit. Plenty of stone fruit, apricot and peach, with a fine spiciness. There is pepper and mild spices. Very generous palate. It appears almost sweet at the beginning, because there is a high degree of ripeness. It is well under-lined by a stony minerality and plenty of acidity. Fine spiciness, very juicy, succulent yellow fruit. Long and clean finish.
