Very nice golden colour here, quite intense and viscous texture. Very elegant nose, it’s certainly displaying ripe fruit here, like candied tropical fruit, like pineapple, apricot, some honey, fine spices. Really nice. That’s bloody good stuff! It has a very high sweetness, but I think it’s nicely balanced by pure and vibrant acidity. It’s not the most dense or heavy, it has a nice drinkability in terms of being with that high level of sweetness. I think it’s multilayered, with that delicious candied tropical fruit. Elegant spiciness. Good length and good freshness all along; this is really a style of sweet wine with a good deal of complexity, but also a very fine drinkability. I’d happily drink this one.
