Very youthful appearance here, with a medium deep colour, purple hue. Primary nose with hints of freshly crushed berries, red and dark berries, with some cassis and mild spiciness. No indication of oak really. Good grip on the palate. A bit more than medium weight but I think in terms of texture it is quite rounded already. The fruit is very dense and the acidity is bright. So there is a really good balance and I would say a fine drinkability. It still feels young but it does offer a lot of attractive dark fruit. Good juiciness with a slight hint of minerality on the finish. Oak, I feel a little hint on the finish but not more than that, just a slight hint of roasted wood and vanilla. Quite long on the finish as well. Good.
