Very dark inky colour, dark bright purple. Intense nose with high ripeness, some new oak, blackberry, cassis and plum with sweet spices and aniseed indicating a sweet/port wine. The palate is firmly dry, fine bite and freshness with layers of crisp dark fruit, combining ripeness and freshness, intense dark fruit, crushed blackberry and cassis with a very long, dense and spicy finish with some meaty notes. Excellent potential.
