Very youthful colour, there is still a slight hint of fizz or CO2 in there. A light straw colour and green hue. The nose is very aromatic. This one is suggesting fresh grapes. A lot of floral and herbal notes and barely ripe fruit such as green apple, with an addition of citrus. Good purity here and really a lot of that youthful energy, almost like freshly fermented wine. Palate is quite light and I suppose that lightness is a virtue here, in this traditional style I would say. It gives quite a low sensation of low alcohol. Very high acidity, but well-integrated. It is really a mouth-watering, crisp wine. Delicate pure fruit with slightly zesty green apple flavours. Medium-long aftertaste. Attractive wine to drink in its youth to enjoy that crispness.
