Pierre Mignon – Grande Réserve – Brut NV

Light golden colour with a slight copper hue and lively bubbles. Youthful nose offering mainly Pinot notes of plum, fig and raspberry with gingerbread spice. Medium bodied palate with a nice freshness balancing the rather sweet and ripe fruit, a mild creaminess and a fairly long finish.
