Medium deep golden colour. Fine and complex nose with mineral hints, some evolution and notes of white truffle, quince, yellow fruit compote and fine spices. The palate has a rich texture with good extract, really refreshing and lingering with balanced sweetness an approaching complexity and long unctuous finish, really fine and potent.
