Light golden hue with a small presence of co2. Pure and perfumed with some stony/chalky notes, very floral aromas with yellow stone fruit, apricot and a slight hint of fresh butter. The palate is medium bodied with a nice bite, rather mild acidity but classically bone dry with a nice sensation of freshness on the finish, attractive fruit, some nutty notes and fine extract in terms of phenolic/tannic presence, like candied citrus/grape notes. Fine persistency as well.
