Pfaff – La Griffe du Diable – 2015

Mature ruby red colour. The nose is intense, aromatic and spicy with some balsamic notes and sweet red fruit, plum confiture and pain d’épices. The palate is full bodied and chewy, still young with rich tannin but no rough corners, opulent pinot style with lush fruit and a long warm finish.
