Bright light golden colour. More fruity than spicy nose with pineapple, apricot, litchi and citrus zest with some anis/liquorice/cardamom in the background. Good bite on the palate, mild tannin, and spicy aniseed notes with candied citrus, stone fruit and litchi flavours, a rounded texture and a mild acidity, yet a good notion of freshness with a long and spicy finish. Well-balanced in its rich, bold and spicy style.
