Pascal Jolivet – Blanc Fumé 2019 – Pouilly Fumé

Pale, straw colour with a golden hue. Rather ripe and exotic fruit on the nose like passion fruit, mango, peach and lemongrass with some spicy hints. Good volume pairing exotic fruit with a crisp acidity, layered and long finish.
