Palazzo Vecchio – Reserva 2012 – Vino Nobile di Montepulciano

Medium deep ruby colour with some evolution. The nose is showing some maturity and complexity, leather, tobacco, sweet fruit and cherry notes. Dense palate, still vibrant and structured but starting to soften with grainy tannin, juicy red fruit, cherry, tobacco and leather notes. Long finish, still with a tannic presence but perfectly enjoyable, especially imagining a pasta with truffle!
