Quite low colour intensity, pale straw yellow. Pure nose, good intensity and freshness, rather floral, with some yellow fruit hints, citrus, orange blossom, no new oak as far as I feel. Clean palate, fresh, acidity is medium but it’s vinified in a bone dry style, it feels rather like a wine from the South, with quite high ripeness of fruit, with those yellow fruity notes coming back, and quite floral yellow fruit, some notes of citrus. Rather full structure, there’s a hint of skin contact that gives a lift on the palate, what I call a balanced bitterness. Fresh and pure with generous fruit, aftertaste is on the medium side, medium towards long, quite good intensity and purity, nice and refreshing style, to drink rather young I would say.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
