Red wine with a quite deep colour, deep ruby-red. Quite intense nose, displaying red and dark fruits, slight hint of herbal spiciness; such as a touch of mint, some sage, with a nice black currant notes, dark plum and rather discreet oak. The palate has a good density of fruit, a bit more than medium weight and it appears already quite polished. It is still youthful, but in terms of tannin and texture it is already polished and rounded. I like this combination of those juicy black currants with plum. Really backed up by good nerve, fresh acidity. A fine drinkability, a rather long finish there with a fine spiciness; those hints of sage and mint giving a lift to the dark fruitiness. So a pretty wine with a fine drinkability already today.
