Montes – Outer Limits 2015 – Zapalar Coast

Pale straw colour youthful, with a green hue. Bright and aromatic, with notes of grapefruit, lime, passionfruit some fresh herbs. Light-bodied palate with distinct freshness. Very Sauvignon-like with some green flavours, like lime zest, fresh herbs, gooseberry. Quite high acidity. So well balanced without any presence of oak. A medium towards long finish.
