Matervini – Finca 2014 – Mendoza

Dark inky purple colour. Intense nose, some meaty notes with spices, smoke, dark fruit and crème de cassis. The palate is dense and full bodied, very chewy with ripe tannin, meaty and spicy with a fresh backbone and finely grained tannin, balanced alcohol and oak with crunchy dark fruit, tobacco notes and a very long pure finish. Stylish, pure and structured, fine potential here.
