Dark purple hue. Intense and modern nose, quite intense but fine oak, roasted nose, ripe dark fruit, cherry, cassis and plum with ground spices. The palate has a high concentration and weight, yet already with rounded extract, powdery tannin, fine oak integration on the palate, layers of dark fruit with spicy cumin/aniseed notes, and a well-kept freshness underneath. Long and vigorous finish, ambitious and glossy. Still young, has a lot more to give it seems.
