Bright light golden colour with a fine creaminess. Intense and pure nose displaying crushed almond, nuts, wild herbs, green apple, citrus and fresh butter, starting to show a hint of aged complexity. Bone dry palate with good bite and a salivating freshness, starts out discreetly but offers more fruit on the finish with good zest, a mild creaminess and a long finish.
