Pale colour very youthful with a green hue. Very intense nose. This is quite exotic I would say. There is a lot of bouquet garni there or wild herbs, mint. Almost boarding Restina. I am not sure in this style, because it is not as intense in this style. Maybe it is more an expression of the grape. Which is very grapy, very floral and very intense. Still, it is more of what I would say, a very traditional Mediterranean style. I get less of that sensation on the palate. It is a medium-bodied, pure, fresh, unoaked. Very vibrant fruit, white fleshed, like apple and pear, with those zesty notes. Still have a slight hint of exotic spiciness like thyme and rosemary, those herbs. Attractive fruit, quite persistent on the palate, long lasting. Good freshness and zest on the finish. A style I would say is mostly attractive when it is young.
