Pure intense and complex nose with a warm stone, dry spices, ripe lemon, zest and pear. The palate has a fresh grip with fine extract, bright acidity and unctuous fruit with sweet pear and confit du citron notes spiced with ginger, pepper and clove. Intense, pure and lingering finish with a salty/stony touch, very nice.
