Les Domaines Auriol – Château Mauleon Réserve Chêne Rouge 2015 – Caramany

Dark purple core. Sweet nose displaying jammed berries, dark plum, cherry and spice box. The palate is still youthful and tannic but good material, dense fruit, a peppery spiciness and a long finish. A potent wine still needing time to soften.
