Light golden colour with a green hue. Generous nose with some complexity and autolys. Fresh butter, yellow fruit and sweet citrus with almond paste and some nutty notes. Good purity on the palate, fresh acidity, rather concentrated with some phenolic or tannic presence without bitterness, rather candied citrus zest with a creamy texture and mild mousse, with a balanced acidity and a long finish offering ripe yellow fruit.
