Medium deep colour, ruby-red, still with a purple hue, so quite youthful. Fine nose, there are some floral hints with violet. A lot of berry fruit there, red and dark fresh berries. Really no age or evolution. The palate has medium weight. It is still youthful with really attractive and juicy fruit. Those freshly crushed berries, mild spiciness, no indication of oak. Good level of freshness, good balance, modern vinification. Attractive style. Drinks pretty well now, should develop over the coming few years but I think this is made in a more subtle and fruit-forward style.
